Fees

Fees for services are competitive and consistent with others in our community providing similar services.

Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged with your Associate and a receipt will be provided. All Associates currently accept payment by cash, cheque, or email money transfer. Some of our Associates also accept credit cards. Please check with your Associate regarding specific payment options.

While our services are not covered by OHIP, many extended health benefits plans include an allotment for full or partial reimbursement for some of these services. Extended health insurance plans vary widely in the amount of coverage provided and requirements for reimbursement of fees. Please verify the details of your plan as some do require a referral letter from a physician.

In Ontario, expenses related to psychological services that are not reimbursed through insurance benefits coverage plans may be eligible to be claimed as a “medical expense” on your Revenue Canada income tax return.
